Responsibilities include: Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and frontline team members Create a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork and customer service Ensure every customer has an outstanding experience Drive Unlimited Wash Club membership growth and sales performance Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and labor costs Oversee express wash and professional detailing operations Maintain the highest standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment uptime Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is a confident leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and keeping a busy operation running smoothly. Qualifications include: Previous management or leadership experience in a customer-facing environment Car wash management experience is preferred but not required Experience in retail, hospitality, automotive, restaurant, or other high-volume service operations is highly valued Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Flexible availability, including weekends Grow With Matick We’re not just hiring for today.
