Automotive Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $18.00- $20.00 per hour

Apple Autos is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Customer Service Representative. What You Will Do:

• Ensure all inbound inquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and according to script.
• Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department, or taking messages.
• Schedule customer appointments for the service drive.
• Assisting customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and warranties.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and service to better assist customers.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using basic office software.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
