Job Description

Status: Part-Time, Temporary Internship, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance. Position Summary Regenesis is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support the Marketing Department with a variety of strategic and day-to-day initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in healthcare and medical device marketing, with opportunities to contribute to patient advocacy, digital marketing, brand awareness, and sales support initiatives. The intern will work closely with the Brand Marketing Specialist and gain exposure to content creation, social media, event marketing, website management, and marketing operations. Throughout the internship, the intern will own a strategic marketing project and present their work and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at the conclusion of the internship. Primary Project Own the development of a patient advocacy and influencer marketing initiative throughout the internship. Coordinate and organize patient testimonial interviews. Assist with editing and developing patient success stories for use across marketing channels. Develop recommendations for expanding patient advocacy efforts and present the project to the Senior Leadership Team. Marketing & Digital Content Assist with creating and scheduling social media content. Draft marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital communications. Design graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Assist with light video editing and digital content production. Support website updates and content management. Prepare marketing materials for conferences, trade shows, and customer events. Organize and maintain marketing literature, promotional items, and booth materials. Assist with the development of sales collateral, presentations, and other marketing resources. Marketing Operations Conduct market, industry, and competitor research. Organize and maintain digital marketing assets. Assist with project coordination to help keep marketing initiatives on schedule. Proofread marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand standards. Support other marketing projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc). Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. Experience with WordPress, social media platforms, or basic video editing is a plus. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualities Creative thinker with an interest in storytelling and content creation. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments. Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or digital marketing. Learning Objectives By the end of the internship, the Marketing Intern will have: Developed and presented a strategic marketing project to senior leadership. Gained experience in healthcare and medical device marketing. Built a portfolio of marketing content across digital and print channels.
