Independent Contractor Role Initio Sphere — Private Capital Ecosystem Compensation: $200–$500/hour or transaction-based earnings, depending on scope, deal size, and advisory engagement About Initio Sphere Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We connect fund managers, investors, operators, and analysts through real deal flow, institutional frameworks, and curated relationships. Capital Insights Mentors are a key tier of our ecosystem—providing high-level capital-market perspective, strategic guidance, and mentorship to sponsors, funds, and investors while benefiting from earning opportunities and enhanced credibility across the network. Role Overview Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Insights Mentors to deliver strategic, capital-focused guidance to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors. This is not a traditional employment role . Mentors operate as independent contractors and are activated through a verification and approval process. Once approved, Mentors: Provide capital-market insight across fund strategy, deal positioning, and investor engagement Guide sponsors and funds on capital structuring, fundraising narratives, and market positioning Mentor analysts and deal scouts, strengthening investment judgment and execution readiness Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure Build a verified Mentor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem This role is ideal for professionals with deep exposure to capital markets, fundraising, and investment strategy who can translate experience into actionable insight and mentorship. What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Approved Capital Insights Mentors may: Advise fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning Provide perspective on deal structuring, risk assessment, and capital allocation strategy Mentor analysts and deal scouts on investment judgment, modeling logic, and diligence thinking Offer portfolio-level insight, operational perspective, and value creation guidance Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors Mentors focus on high-level insight, strategic perspective, and mentorship rather than day-to-day transactional execution or administrative modeling unless specifically approved. Eligible Advisory Areas Fund strategy, capital raising, and LP communications Deal positioning, investment committee support, and transaction strategy Portfolio and operational insight at the sponsor or asset level Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts Investor relations strategy and capital network development Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to provide meaningful insight on real transactions and capital decisions. Compensation & Deal Economics Mentors operate as independent contractors Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory contributions to closed deals Payments issued after completion of advisory milestones or deal closure No cap on earning potential for consistent, high-impact contributions How Mentors Get Activated Submit a Mentor application detailing background, capital experience, and deal exposure Complete verification and category approval Receive promotion within the Initio Sphere platform Begin advising funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved engagements This process ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to real opportunities. Compliance Notice Provide investment advice to the public Solicit securities Market investments outside approved channels Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity All mentoring and advisory activity must comply with applicable securities laws and remain focused on strategic insight, capital perspective, and mentorship .
