Job Description

Records Managers, including Archivists, Information Managers, Collections Managers, and Librarians, play a crucial role in evaluating AI models by leveraging their professional expertise. This position involves assessing content relevant to your field and providing structured feedback to enhance the AI''s understanding of workplace tasks and language. The program offers ongoing project opportunities throughout the year, allowing for flexible engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect your field.
• Evaluate AI responses based on your professional experience.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously from any location.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in archival management, information management, collections management, or library science.
• Experience in managing and organizing archival records, developing classification systems, and maintaining databases.
• Ability to provide reference services, authenticate and appraise historical documents, and coordinate educational programs.
• Experience directing staff in cataloguing and preserving collections, as well as researching and acquiring new materials.
• Willingness to participate in asynchronous collaboration with leading AI labs.

• Remote and asynchronous work environment.
• Flexible hours with no minimum commitment; most participants average 5-20 hours per week.
• Project availability may vary; applicants may be placed in future projects if immediate opportunities are not available.

Up to $75/hr (depending on the project).

F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may qualify for projects. Consult with your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility. Note that STEM OPT is not supported.
