Express Employment Professionals – Laguna Hills

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Recruiter to join our internal team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, interviewing candidates, and helping job seekers find the right career opportunities.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Type: Full-Time (Internal Position)
Pay: $23–$27/hour + commissions + bonuses

Uncapped commissions based on placements and performance Realistic first-year earnings of $60K – $85K+

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of open positions
• Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and career goals
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Match candidates with client opportunities based on qualifications and fit
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Write and post job advertisements on multiple job boards and social media platforms
• Update candidate records and recruiting activity in the CRM system
• Coordinate interviews and assist with the onboarding process
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Participate in recruiting events, networking activities, and community outreach
• Support business development efforts through candidate referrals and market intelligence

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, HR, or related experience preferred
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and priorities simultaneously
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with candidates
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $23.00–$27.00/hour
• Performance-based bonuses and commissions
• Realistic first-year earnings of $60,000–$85,000+
