About the Drain Cleaning Technician The Drain Cleaning Technician is based out of our HQ in Lititz, PA, and is a part of our Residential/Commercial Services Group. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Drain Cleaning Tech who loves to provide outstanding customer service while focusing on doing quality work. What You Will Do: Be an outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable Drain Cleaning Technician who builds relationships with customers and resolves their various drain-related problems. Work in various settings from a home to a business to clean, repair, and replace drains of all kinds. Pay diligence. Find and fix the small problems before they turn into bigger, more expensive repairs, to do right by the customer and to help their equipment last longer. Work under minimum supervision but also be a part of a team that respects each other and leans on each other when needed. Provide guidance and share the knowledge you have spent your career learning with those just getting started in the trade. Mindfulness and communication are key for the team to be successful. Take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner. THIS IS REQUIRED! An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required. A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work. Jet operating experience preferred. Availability to be a part of an on-call rotation. Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade. Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can give you a new company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening. Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.
