Shop Helper

Abundant Solutions-Claremore are seeking dependable Shop Helpers to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in fabrication, assembly, and industrial processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with material handling, staging, and shop organization
• Support assembly and fabrication teams with daily tasks
• Load, unload, and move parts and steel throughout the facility
• Help prepare materials for welding, machining, and finishing
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous shop, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in a skilled trade
• Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16th
• Must have experience with Hand and Power tools

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
