This opportunity is for two licensed Social Workers to support schools in Belen, NM, starting the 2026-2027 school year. Key Qualifications:

• Must hold a state social work license; Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
• Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) considered if clinical supervision is arranged
• Experience working in school settings is highly desirable
• Ability to complete some duties remotely with reliable technology and internet access
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff

Location:

• Based in Belen, NM with opportunities for flexible remote work

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop and provide interventions, counseling, and support services for students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and community resources to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and school policies
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and planning sessions
