Role Description The President role at We Honey Do Handyman is a full-time, on-site position located in Lynnwood, WA, responsible for overall leadership, strategy, and performance of the company. The President will oversee daily operations across home and building maintenance services, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality. This role includes managing and mentoring leadership and field teams, establishing clear goals, and aligning resources to meet service commitments and growth objectives. The President will develop and implement business plans, manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive efficiency and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities also include fostering strong relationships with clients and real estate partners, supporting marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, setting strategic direction, and driving operational excellence. Business and financial acumen, such as budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and familiarity with KPIs in service-based or construction-related businesses. Industry-related experience in home services, construction, property maintenance, or real estate support, with knowledge of safety standards, local regulations, and quality control practices. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities for working with staff, clients, vendors, and real estate professionals, including negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. Organizational and project management capabilities, including prioritizing multiple projects, resource planning, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory leadership and creating a respectful, safe workplace culture. Proficiency with basic business software (e.g., email, office productivity tools); experience with CRM or field-service management platforms is a plus.
