Key requirements: Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing watercraft systems, including engines, electrical wiring, steering, and navigation. Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems, test equipment on the water, and ensure vessels meet safety and operational standards for both recreational and commercial clients. Test inboard and outboard motors, diesel engines, hydraulic steering, and plumbing systems. Perform routine maintenance like oil changes and winterization; repair or replace damaged gears, valves, and propellers.
